Initially, the college was being run in a rented building. But, in 1980, the college Management undertook the construction of the College & Hospital building on a plot of land measuring 3900 sq.yards allotted by the Chandigarh Administration. With the missionary zeal of the members of the Association, the sapling of the past has grown into a sprawling tree. Totally self-dependent and financially viable, the college has experienced and well-qualified staff who impart theoretical and practical training to the students in the basic and clinical subjects. It is a matter of pride that the students who have qualified from the institution have been absorbed in various institutions run by the Government / Semi Government Departments.
Though the College has achieved a lot with sustained hard work & dedication, it shall achieve many more milestones of upgradation and addition of facilities in teaching, training & research.
